Western Digital Enhances Customer Service with its New Service Center




Last August 1, 2012, Western Digital, announced the official opening of their new service center in Makati to provide better end-user support and strengthen distribution.

Western Digital’s first WD Service Center in the country is located in 2111 Chino Roces Avenue Corner Urban Avenue, Makati City. “This is good news for me because it’s near my office.” If my estimate is correct this is just a few blocks away from Makati Cinema Square.


According to our friends from Western Digital, the WD Service Center will cater to your post sales inquiries and concerns from Monday to Friday between 8AM to 6PM and on Saturdays 8AM to 12NN.

Did you know that Western Digital hard drives have a 5 year warranty? That’s why you can rest assured that your storage investment worth the value.

Starting August 1, 2012, WD Storage Device owners will be able to bring their in-warranty drives to WD Service Center and receive their replacement drive immediately. If ever the required model is not available, WD Service Center representatives will contact customers for collection of their replacement drives once ready. What a great customer service, right? This warranty service is available on all WD Devices sold through WD authorized distribution channels in the country.

  1. i have a question my dear wd assistance…i have a wd my passport, color red,500 gb with a model # of WDBKXH5000ARD-03, I dont know what happened to it, when i connect it to my laptop i cant see the Drive that contains my files.. what i only see in my computer is CD Drive (E:) please help me about my concern..my friend buy it for me and i dont want her to see it’s not working..also i have all my files there.. i ask somebody but they dont know what to do also they say bring it to wd service center.. please contact me.. heres’s my email: diazrobert286@gmail.com , my fb account robert_cath25@yahoo.com..thank you please reply

      • Hi sir/mam, good day. I have a WD color blue 4TB and my files right now can’t be accessed. The only thing i see in the computer is the drive name but i cannot access it nor it will not open. I need to recover important files inside.

Helow wd..today i visit your service center you addressed in chino roces corner urban but i cannot see your office.you attached that already moved into another office but you did not deleted the old adress.so right now is that your present address in the atrium in makati ave????because my wd hb 1TB has un readable…thanks.

  19. Hi WD, I have a problem with my WD3200BMVV passport HD, whenever I plug it in any pc, I got a notification which says ‘not recognize’, hence I could not access my files anymore. I had purchased my WD in 2010 in Singapore when I was still working there. The files therein are so valuable to me. Is there a way that I could retrieve my files?   21. Hi! Good day! I was just wondering if the service center is still open/functional. My brother gave me his defective WD Caviar Black 1TB kasi. Not sure kung anong issue and he misplaced na daw the original packaging and receipt. Pero sabi niya, if sa mismong service center naman daw ng WD dadalhin, di na daw need ng receipt as long as intact yung warranty sticker? Sana bukas pa. Sayang naman yung 1TB. Hehe If yes, can someone tell me where it is located? And how to go there if I’m coming from Chatham House Condominium, just in/around Valero Corner.. Help will be greatly appreciated.   23. It is possible to recover the contains of WD 500Gb HDD? I used it for only 1yr and 8 mths and suddenly it can not detected in my laptop. I bought it from lazada.com.ph.
