Samsung Galaxy Note7 sales stopped for Customer’s Safety

Two (2) weeks from it’s Official Launch Samsung stopped the sales of its latest Smartphone Samsung Galaxy Note7. According to Samsung President Koh Dong-jin official statement,  “For Customers’ safety Samsung, stopped sales of the Galaxy Note7 effective September 2, 2016 and declared full recall effective immediately.”

According to my source, Samsung Philippines issued an official statement regarding the issues:

They added:

“For customers who already bought Samsung Galaxy Note7 smartphone, we will voluntarily replace their device with a new one over the coming weeks. We will provide further details on the process and timing of replacement the soonest possible.

“We acknowledge the inconvenience this may cause in the market but this is to ensure that Samsung continues to deliver the highest quality products to our customers. We are working closely with our partners to ensure the replacement experience is as convenient and efficient as possible.”

So keep in touch to this post, I will have the guidelines on how to request for replacement as soon as possible.
