  1. Hi Jhong,
Perhaps you’d be interested in a free remote support and online meeting tool, Mikogo http://www.mikogo.com
Free for both commercial & private use, Mikogo allows you to share your screen live over the Web with up to 10 people simultaneously. Great for group collaboration. You can then switch presenter, access remote control, use the whiteboard, record the meeting, transfer files, and more.
If you’d like to take a closer look at Mikogo, drop by our website or blog http://www.mikogo-blog.com and give it a go.

    Cheers,

  2. Nice review. Another nice tool for this sort of thing is Techinline (http://www.techinline.com). Unlike Teamviewer it does not require any installation on either end, which is ideal when dealing with some computer “illiterate” folks. It’s also a fraction of the price if you sign up for the “pay for” version.

    • Hi Amolraj, I never had issues with teamviewer connecting to Mac. I believe that Teamviewer can access Mac to PC and PC to Mac with out a problem. But I would suggest you check the version of your teamviewer of your mac and your remote pc. I think there’s a version incompatibility with this each other so you must make sure you have the latest version on both ends. Thanks for commenting. If you’ll still have problem you can send me the screenshot and Logs.

    • Hi Hans, sorry for the late reply. There’s a teamviewer notification on your taskbar. A teamviewer dialog box will also popup when someone connects to your pc so it’s pretty secure on your part.
