Last February 22, 2011, IBM Philippines Marketing Manager Mr. John Victoria invited me to a whole day event of learning about Social Media at Rizal Grand Ballroom, Shangrila-Plaza Hotel, Makati. Top executives from IBM Software shared insight on how Social Media made an impact to the Philippines industries. Like what I have shared from my previous post, Social Media has become the new medium for companies, not only to communicate but to interact with its client.
