No Support for Windows XP, Windows 2000 & RTM Windows Vista

As I’ve read my email regarding the “Microsoft Security Intelligence Report Series” I found out that Microsoft announces its end of support (EOS) on the following software:

Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) – July 2010
Windows® 2000 Server – July 2010
Windows® 2000 Professional – July 2010
“RTM” version of Windows Vista® – April 2010

For those people who’s having trouble with the installation process for Yahoo! Messenger 9.0 on Windows Vista PCs or Notebook. Yahoo! Messenger 9.0 does run on Windows Vista and should work fine. Just to make sure and for best results, I recommend downloading and installing Yahoo! Messenger 9.0 while you’re logged in as Administrator on your Windows Vista computer.
