Samsung PH urges user to exchange the Samsung Galaxy Note7 with Samsung Galaxy S7 edge
Last October 12, 2016, Samsung Philippines recommends users of the Samsung Galaxy Note7 to returned their phones both the replacement and the original units, and contact their place of purchase to exchange it to a Galaxy S7 Edge or request for a 100% refund of your purchased Note7.
Request for Unit Replacement or Refund Guidelines
Apparently, Samsung PH is closely working together with its local distributors and authorized retailers to urge consumers to take the following steps:
1. Call or Email your place of purchase to request replacement of your Samsung Galaxy Note7 for a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge or Galaxy S7. The store will reimburse any difference between the Suggested Retail Price.
2. Or you may request for a full refund. Yes 100% refund!
For devices purchased through our local telco such as Smart and Globe, owners can contact their customer care hotlines or visit the closest telco service or sales store.
Furthermore, Samsung has also announced that they are officially discontinuing the production of the Galaxy Note7.
