    Hi Jhong,
Perhaps you’d be interested in a free remote support and online meeting tool, Mikogo http://www.mikogo.com
Free for both commercial & private use, Mikogo allows you to share your screen live over the Web with up to 10 people simultaneously. Great for group collaboration. You can then switch presenter, access remote control, use the whiteboard, record the meeting, transfer files, and more.

Nice review. Another nice tool for this sort of thing is Techinline (http://www.techinline.com). Unlike Teamviewer it does not require any installation on either end, which is ideal when dealing with some computer “illiterate” folks. It's also a fraction of the price if you sign up for the “pay for” version.

I'll check it out the soonest possible and have a review about it too. Thanks for commenting leonard.
